Sol graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (honours) at McGill University, before completing her Masters of Physical Therapy at UBC.
During her time at McGill University, Sol gained experience with the McGill Varsity Basketball Teams, as well as the Sports Medicine Clinic at McGill as a student therapist. Locally, she is involved with the girls’ basketball teams around Surrey, BC. Sol has her Level I Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy, Level I NeuroKinetic Therapy, and is certified to practice acupuncture (CAFCI).￼ She also continues to expand her clinical skills by pursuing continued education in vestibular rehabilitation and shoulder rehabilitation.
With a variety of experiences in adult & children’s sports injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation, Sol believes in a holistic, client-specific approach to physical therapy to improve overall health and quality of life. Sol is also fluent in Korean.
Outside of physiotherapy, Sol maintains a healthy and balanced lifestyle, enjoys playing a variety of sports, and aspires to be a world-traveller.
